Retrospective Note 2020: There was always something new dumped by the church’s dumpster. This particular day, it was a fire pit with burned logs, and this little toy crown. I liked the idea of innocence surviving through the fires of adulthood, and so I composed this little shot. Not that deep, but it made me smile.
