Just got the 25th Anniversary release of Peter Gabriel’s “So”, which not only is a remastered version of the album, but also includes the final concert from his “So” World Tour. Such timeless modern music, that absolutely captivates me.

Retrospective Note 2022: Something I no longer do as often, that I wish to get back to (now that I have a good enough job and can afford new clothes haha), is dressing up. Me and Jess used to put on our best outfits whenever we were meeting up for a simple date. Those were fun and exciting days, where just getting to see each other again was enough to warrant putting on our best. Now that we're married, as you'd imagine, we don't dress up near as much as we used to, and really, that's perfectly okay. Seeing her wearing things as simple as a t-shirt is enough to make me swoon like it were the first time seeing her, but at the same time, we do wish to get back to styling up every once and awhile, if anything, for our own individual selves, and to just have fun doing it.

Retrospective Note 2022: Oh the many walks me and Jess would take, and the many more we continue to take. Whether it be through our favorite neighborhood that has homes built like castles, or through our favorite parks with trails and fields galore. We love our long walks, for its where we get to slow down, feel the cool evening breeze, and talk the weight off of our shoulders, and dream about the future.

Retrospective Note 2019: One of Jessica’s favorite songs from one of her favorite artists, that are actually local to Denton, TX! We visited Denton a LOT during our dating years, and this album would often accompany those trips. I can almost feel the warmth of the sun beaming down on us as we cruised down the 380 heading to that wonderful little town, as we’d sing and harmonize with all our hearts to this beautiful song.
