Retrospective Note 2019: Looks like in February 2015, I was getting into one of my country moods. Every now and then I start feeling nostalgic for certain country songs, especially the ones from the 90s up to the mid 2000s. I donโt know what triggers those moments of nostalgia, but there seems to be a correlation between a sunny blue clear sky, and driving on country roads. Put those two together, and well, itโs time to throw down some Brooks & Dunn~ ๐

Retrospective Note 2019: Being on my country kick, I think this was the first time I got to introduce Jessica to one of my favorite country artists, Keith Urban. I donโt even know where we were driving to (probably Denton haha), but I brought one of my favorite Keith Urban albums, popped that in my CD player, and just drove. Crazy, this first track really nailed what I was feeling inside, because for the first time, I felt like I was becoming the better man I needed to be.
